1. General Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and PH Modern ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). By registering an account or accessing any service on PH Modern, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.
PH Modern is an online gaming and betting platform designed for and available to players in the Philippines. All services, games, promotions, and transactions conducted through PH Modern are governed by these Terms and by applicable Philippine law. If you are using PH Modern from a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited, you do so at your own risk and PH Modern accepts no liability for any consequences arising from such use.
PH Modern reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2. Eligibility
To register and play on PH Modern, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. PH Modern strictly enforces the minimum age requirement under Philippine gaming regulations.
- You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
- You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a PH Modern employee or affiliate partner.
- You must not have a previous PH Modern account that was suspended or permanently banned for violations of these Terms.
- You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep this information updated.
PH Modern may request supporting documentation at any time to verify your age, identity, or eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any funds therein forfeited.
3. Your PH Modern Account
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on PH Modern. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different name, email, phone number, device, or IP address — is a serious violation of these Terms. PH Modern employs detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all accounts may be closed and balances voided.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. PH Modern will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact PH Modern support immediately.
Any activity conducted through your account is considered authorised by you unless you report a compromise promptly. PH Modern is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to secure your login details.
Account Verification (KYC)
PH Modern may require identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any point when the platform deems verification necessary. Accepted identification documents include government-issued Philippine IDs (PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS, voter's ID). Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. Accounts that cannot complete verification will have withdrawal access restricted until the process is completed satisfactorily.
Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time by contacting PH Modern support. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited upon closure. Verified real-money balances remain withdrawable subject to standard verification and processing procedures.
4. Deposits
PH Modern accepts deposits via the following Philippine-local payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
- Minimum single deposit: ₱50
- Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
- Deposits are credited to your PH Modern balance immediately or within the standard processing time of your chosen payment provider.
- PH Modern does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.
- Funds deposited to PH Modern may only be used for gaming activities on the platform and may not be transferred to other users.
5. Withdrawals
PH Modern processes withdrawals via the same local payment methods available for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within one hour during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay or PESONet are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PST.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
- If a bonus is active on your account, the wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus-related portion of your balance becomes withdrawable.
- Your real-money balance (deposits and winnings from real-money play without an active bonus) is withdrawable at any time subject to verification.
- PH Modern reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawal requests, which may extend the processing time by up to 24 hours.
Withdrawal Fees
PH Modern does not charge withdrawal fees for standard accounts. VIP Gold-tier members and above benefit from zero withdrawal fees across all supported methods. Bronze and Silver-tier accounts may be subject to a processing fee of up to ₱25 per withdrawal for bank transfer requests — this is listed clearly before you confirm the request.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
PH Modern offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, as published on the Promotions page, in addition to the general bonus rules below.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are for entertainment purposes only and are credited to your bonus balance, separate from your real-money balance.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Specific wagering multiples are listed on each promotion.
- Game contribution rates toward wagering vary by game type. Slots (including all JILI Slots titles) typically contribute 100%. Live Casino table games contribute between 10% and 20%. The full contribution table is available in your account's bonus section.
- Bonuses expire if not used within their stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
- Only one deposit bonus may be active at a time. Cashback bonuses run in parallel and are not affected by this rule.
- PH Modern may withdraw, cancel, or amend a bonus at any time if it determines that the offer has been exploited, claimed fraudulently, or claimed in violation of these Terms.
7. Games and Betting
All games offered on PH Modern — including Live Casino table games, JILI Slots, roulette, sports betting, and esports betting — are provided by certified third-party game suppliers whose software and random number generation systems are independently audited. PH Modern does not operate its own game engines or modify game outcomes.
Game Integrity
The outcome of all games on PH Modern is determined by certified fair mechanisms beyond PH Modern's control. In the event of a technical fault during a game session that results in an interrupted or inconclusive outcome, PH Modern reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. The decision of PH Modern's technical team in such cases is final.
Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game's interface. PH Modern may adjust betting limits at any time. VIP Club members may be offered higher limits subject to their tier and account standing.
Malfunctions
In the unlikely event of a malfunction in any game software — whether on the PH Modern platform or at a third-party supplier's end — any bets or wins affected by the malfunction may be declared void. PH Modern will communicate with affected players and work toward a fair resolution in line with supplier policies.
8. Responsible Gaming
PH Modern is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gaming should be fun — if it ever stops being fun, PH Modern provides tools and resources to help you maintain control.
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Define the maximum you are comfortable losing over a set period. The platform will prevent further play once the limit is reached until the period resets.
- Session Reminders: Set time-based notifications to remind you how long you've been playing in a session.
- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from PH Modern at any time. Temporary exclusions run for a minimum of 7 days and cannot be lifted early. Permanent exclusion is irreversible.
- Reality Checks: Enable regular pop-up notifications showing your session length and net position.

9. Privacy and Data
PH Modern collects personal data from players for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the PH Modern Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
By registering an account on PH Modern, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting PH Modern support, subject to regulatory retention requirements that may prevent immediate deletion of certain records.
PH Modern uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment providers, game suppliers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
10. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on PH Modern and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
- Creating or operating more than one account on PH Modern.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
- Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments.
- Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
- Colluding with other players in live or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using bots, automated software, or any artificial means to interact with games or the platform.
- Attempting to access, probe, or exploit vulnerabilities in PH Modern's systems, software, or infrastructure.
- Engaging in money laundering or using PH Modern for any illegal financial activity.
- Using a VPN or proxy to misrepresent your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward PH Modern staff or other players.
PH Modern cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the Philippines. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and PH Modern will provide all requested information and documentation as required by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
PH Modern provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from downtime, technical errors, or interruptions. PH Modern is not liable for:
- Losses arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
- Losses resulting from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by payment providers or banking institutions.
- Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of PH Modern, however caused.
- Actions taken by third-party game providers that affect game outcomes or availability.
PH Modern's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or matters that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.
12. Changes to These Terms
PH Modern may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised, and registered players will be notified via email or in-platform notification for material changes. Minor editorial changes and clarifications may be made without notification.
If you continue to use PH Modern after updated Terms have been published and communicated, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you object to any changes, you may close your account by contacting PH Modern support before the effective date of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
